How It Works:

1. Purchase this listing
2. Message, DM, or email us your design details/inspo (name, initials, motif, font, thread color, placement, etc.)
3. Drop off or ship your item to us
4. We will reply back with a mockup & placement for approval
5. We stitch your piece with care + send it back ready to love 

Pricing:

• Small (1–2”): $8
• Medium (2–3”): $10
• Large (3”+): $15+ (final pricing may vary based on complexity)

If your design is more detailed (logos, significant color changes, specialty fonts, appliqué), we’ll confirm pricing before stitching.

Turnaround Time:

• Typically 5–10 business days once item is received
• Rush orders available upon request

Important Notes:

• Items must be clean and ready to embroider
• We are not responsible for damage to delicate or previously worn items (we treat everything with care!)
• Placement will be confirmed with you prior to stitching
