Because each piece is custom-made, please allow up to 14 business days for production before shipment. Many orders are completed sooner, but turnaround times may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons.
If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via standard carriers such as USPS or UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

We offer local pickup for customers in the Greenville area. If you select local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. That’s Sew Harvey is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
