Because each item from That’s Sew Harvey is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

All embroidery is made to order and personalized based on the details you provide at checkout. Please double-check spelling, colors, and selections before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at thatssewharvey@gmail.com (or via Instagram @thats_sew_harvey). We will always make it right.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for:
- Incorrect spelling submitted by the customer  
- Change of mind after ordering  
- Fit or garment preference
